Tulare, CA – Family HealthCare Network is pleased to announce that its Third Annual Tulare Health Fair will take place on Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Del Lago Park at North Laspina Street in Tulare, California. Held in conjunction with Azteca America, local community members are invited to join Family HealthCare Network for the free health fair.
Health fair participants will enjoy an afternoon of health and wellness, live entertainment, food from local vendors, and children’s activities during the event. Family HealthCare Network will offer free health and dental screenings for adults and children including blood pressure, hemoglobin, and glucose screenings, and attendees will receive free digital retinopathy screening vouchers. Certified Covered California Enrollment Counselors from Family HealthCare Network will also provide information and answer questions regarding enrollment through Covered California.
