Primary Care Clinics are required to submit an Annual Utilization Report of Primary Care Clinics by February 15th each year for the prior calendar year. Family HealthCare Network is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). We offer services without regard to religion, race, color, national origin, disability, age, sex, and number of pregnancies, and do not impose a duration residence requirement, nor do we require that the client be referred by a physician.
This health center receives Health and Human Services funding and has Federal Public Health Service deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
