Family HealthCare Network partners with Tulare Pediatric Group to offer expanded pediatric services in the city of Tulare
Tulare, CA – Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is proud to announce that on July 5, 2016, the organization will open its second health center in the city of Tulare. The health center is located at 1008 N. Cherry Street. FHCN welcomes Tulare Pediatric Group’s team of medical providers who are already serving Tulare’s pediatric patients, including pediatricians Susan Haack, MD, Prem Kamboj, MD, Robert Orth, MD, Asit Shah, MD, and physician assistants Alma Corvera, PA-C, Jose Corvera, PA-C, and Monika Lombardi, PA-C.

FHCN welcomes both new and existing patients, as well as all Medi-Cal managed care patients. Most insurances are accepted, and a flat rate medical sliding fee is available for as low as $20. This health center marks the organization’s seventeenth community health center in Tulare and Kings Counties. FHCN opened its first health center in the city of Tulare in August of 2015. Located at 263 S. West Street, FHCN’s Tulare Health Center offers comprehensive family medicine, including physical exams, chronic disease management, acute care, dental, behavioral health, patient health education, and more.
The Tulare Pediatrics center will initially open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Full time hours will soon expand to Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 7:00pm, Fridays from 8:00am to 5:00 pm, and Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
