Hanford, CA – Family HealthCare Network is pleased to announce its 9th Annual Hanford Health Fair, Saturday, May 16, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Presented in partnership with the Hanford Chamber of Commerce and Kings Community Action Organization, community members are invited to join Family HealthCare Network for the free event, which will take place at Hanford Civic Park, located at 113 Douty Avenue.
Family HealthCare Network staff will be onsite offering free dental, vision, and health screenings for adults and children, including blood pressure, hemoglobin, and glucose screenings. Additionally, fluoride varnish applications will be available for children ages 0-5 and pregnant women. The fun-filled afternoon will also include free food, raffles, and live entertainment. In 2014, the annual event drew more than 800 community members.
Family HealthCare Network will also have Certified Educators and Certified Enrollment Counselors available to assist with any questions regarding the Affordable Care Act and enrollment into Covered California.
