Visalia, CA – Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is pleased to announce Dr. Rishika Sharma, M.D. as the organization’s new Medical Director for the Hanford, Goshen, Tulare West, Traver, and Pixley Health Centers. Dr. Sharma will be responsible for the overall functioning for those site’s medical departments including: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, and Specialty. Prior to her promotion, Dr. Sharma served as Staff Pediatrician at Family HealthCare Network’s Goshen Health Center for over two years.

Dr. Sharma received her Doctor of Medicine from Kasturba Medical College in India and completed her Pediatric Residency at the St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit, MI. Before joining Family HealthCare Network, Dr. Sharma practiced as a General Pediatrician in both private clinic and hospital settings in Maryland. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
As Medical Director, Dr. Sharma will continue to offer pediatric care at the Goshen Health Center located at 31180 Road 72.
