Family HealthCare Network’s New Springville Health Center Now Open
Newly Renovated FHCN Site Adds Dental Services for Springville Patients.
SPRINGVILLE, CA, JANUARY 10, 2025— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is excited to announce the official opening of its new health center in Springville. Located at 31954 Country Club Drive, our providers at Springville are now accepting appointments and welcoming new and returning Springville patients.
Our new state-of-the-art facility offers medical services, with the addition of dental services as well. The new health center will replace Family HealthCare Network’s current Springville health center, which is located at 35800 Hwy 190. Family HealthCare Network is dedicated to working with our current Springville patients to ensure a smooth transition into our new health center.
Hours of operation at Springville include:
- Mondays: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Tuesdays: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Wednesdays: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Thursdays: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Fridays: 7:30am-5:30pm
- Saturdays/Sundays: Closed
Dental services will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, with plans to expand dental services in the future.
