Dr. Kumar Returns to California to Join the Fresno First Pediatrics Team
FRESNO, CA, MARCH 2023— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is proud to welcome Parshotam Kumar, MD, to our pediatrics team at Fresno First. Kumar brings a wealth of experience as a primary care physician and pediatrician across India and the United States.
After receiving his medical license from the Punjabi University Patiala in 1982, Dr. Kumar worked across India as a physician and pediatrician. Kumar’s medical journey brought him to the United States, where he pursued his residency at the SUNY Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. Shortly after his time in New York, Kumar relocated to Milwaukee, WI, where he continued his work as a primary care pediatrician. Kumar continued his medical practice for several years in California, before returning to India as a pediatrician at the Tosh Children’s Clinic. After returning to California in February 2022, Kumar accepted his new position with Family HealthCare Network. Dr. Kumar says he is excited to return to California, where he can begin his new life in Fresno.
Dr. Kumar is now accepting patients Family HealthCare Network’s new “Fresno First” location at 3425 N. First Street.
