Family HealthCare Network Welcomes New Provider, Esmeralda Santos, LCSW
Santos’ Expertise Will Help Expand Access to Quality Behavioral Healthcare in Tulare.
TULARE, CA JANUARY 27, 2025— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Esmeralda Santos, LCSW, to our behavioral health team at our Tulare West health center. Santos brings a passion for service and experience in providing quality behavioral health to the community of Tulare County.
Santos began her career journey in healthcare at California State University Fresno, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Family and Consumer Sciences. Santos then accepted a role as Public Health Education Assistant with the Madera County Public Health Department, and later served as a Case Manager throughout Tulare County. Santos ultimately chose to continue her education with the University of Southern California, where she worked to earn her Masters of Social Work degree with a concentration in Adult Mental Health and Aging. After graduation, Santos served as a Clinical Social Worker with the Department of State Hospital in Coalinga. In 2025, Santos accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Esmeralda Santos is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Tulare health center at 263 S. West Street.
