Family HealthCare Network Welcomes New Provider, Corey Crooks, PA-C
Former Navy Hospital Corpsman Joins FHCN in Woodlake.
WOODLAKE, CA, DECEMBER 3, 2024— Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) proudly welcomes Corey Crooks, PA-C, to our family medicine team at our Woodlake health center. Crooks brings a well-established history of medical experience to support our mission to provide access to quality care in eastern Tulare County.
Crooks’ career in healthcare began with the United States Navy, where he served as a Hospital Corpsman with Naval Hospital Bremerton in Bremerton, WA. Crooks continued his education at Seattle Pacific University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree. Crooks continued his education in Seattle by enrolling at the University of Washington, where he worked to earn his Master of Clinical Health Services degree. Throughout his education, Crooks has gained a wide range of patient care and medical specialties, including skills in family medicine, emergency medicine, urgent care, behavioral health, wound care, and more. In 2024, Crooks accepted a position with Family HealthCare Network.
Crooks is now accepting patients at Family HealthCare Network’s Woodlake health center at 201 E Lakeview Avenue.
