Tulare, CA – Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) is pleased to announce the addition of Jose Escalante, PA-C to its provider team. Jose Escalante, PA-C is now offering Family Medicine services in the community of Tulare.
Jose Escalante earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah School of Medicine. He also received his Bachelor of Art from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Jose Escalante is accepting patients at FHCN’s Tulare Health Center, located at 263 S.
