Fresno, CA – On January 13, 2020, Family HealthCare Network (FHCN) celebrates the beginning of the year with the opening of its new Fresno Shields Health Center located at 3505 E. Shields Ave. Fresno, CA 93726. The health center offers pediatric and on-site lab services.
“We are excited to open our fifth location in Fresno County and work with an established pediatric provider in the area,” stated Kerry Hydash, President & CEO. The Shields Health Center marks the organization’s thirty-ninth site, and thirty-fourth Federally Qualified Health Center in Tulare, Fresno, and Kings Counties.
The Shields Health Center has been an established pediatrics office in Fresno since 1995. Razia Sheikh, MD will continue to provide pediatric services for the community under new management by Family HealthCare Network. The change will allow Dr. Sheikh to expand her health care services to the underserved population in Fresno.
The Shields Health Center’s hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed 12pm-1pm.
