With a commitment to address health, education, and workforce development issues in the local community, Robles is also actively involved in the Academy of Health Sciences program at Lindsay High School and Orosi High School, where she was a student.

In 2007, the Geiger Gibson Program in Community Health Policy established an Emerging Leader award to honor the next generation of community health leaders.
