The Mission of Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
PACE was created to provide you, your family, caregivers, and professional healthcare providers the flexibility to meet your healthcare needs and to help you continue living in the community.
We all want the best care for our aging loved ones, but getting that care can be frustrating. If you have an aging loved one, you know what it’s like to drive your loved one from appointment to appointment, manage all of their medications, deal with doctors who don’t talk to one another, and carry the struggle of leaving your loved one at home, alone and without the supervision, company, and interaction they want and need.
