Family HealthCare Network - Transportation

Family HealthCare Network was the first freestanding ambulatory health care center in Tulare County to be accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations!

In order to ensure access to primary care services, Family HealthCare Network provides transportation services to our patients that experience transportation barriers. Family HealthCare Network is committed to assist patients who have no transportation and would otherwise be unable to attend their medical appointments. Transportation is provided Monday – Friday either door-to-door or by an established route. Family HealthCare Network currently provides transportation service to more than fifteen communities throughout Tulare County.

Family HealthCare Network currently has 13 locations throughout Tulare County of which 11 are clinical sites. Family HealthCare Network is a community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of community representatives and patients consumers.
