Nutrition services provided at Family HealthCare Network include education and counseling programs for both individual patients and in a group setting. Educational information is provided and nutritional care plans are developed for special dietary needs such as obesity, hypertension, diabetes as well as pregnancy.

FHCN’s nutritionists will coordinate with clinical, health education, community health and other staff members in the provision of service to patients.
