Who We Are

Family HealthCare Network currently has 19 locations throughout Tulare County and Kings County of which 15 are clinical sites. Family HealthCare Network is a community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of community representatives and patient consumers.

Our purpose is defined by our mission statement:

“We provide quality health care to everyone in the communities we serve.”


Family HealthCare Network is one of the largest employers in Tulare County as well as the largest Primary Care Provider.

Using the standard economic index of $1.00 dollar turning over 7 times in the local economy, Family HealthCare Network’s total operating budget of $86,000,000, multiplied by 70% X 7, results in an economic impact in Tulare and Kings Counties of $421,400,000 last year!

77% of the operational budget goes to salary and benefits.

Family HealthCare Network was the first freestanding ambulatory health care center in Tulare County to be accredited by the Joint Commission.
