Family HealthCare Network currently has 12 locations throughout Tulare County of which 10 are clinical sites. Family HealthCare Network is a community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors, which is composed of community representatives and patients consumers.

Family HealthCare Network was the first freestanding ambulatory health care center in Tulare County to be accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
