is a community-based organization governed by a Board of Directors,
which is composed of community representatives and patients consumers.

Family HealthCare Network was the first freestanding
ambulatory health care center in Tulare County to be accredited
by the Joint Commission
on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
